Many of you will know Paul, formerly of B J Dawson Coins and now of Spink (he runs the York Shop in the Shambles in York). On Thursday evening he and his girlfriend Heather Hardcastle were involved in an accident with a lorry on the M1 in Nottinghamshire. Both were taken to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham where Heather, tragically, later died.
Paul is currently in intensive care having undergone a long operation on his head injuries. Our thoughts go out to his and Heather's families and we know you'll join with us in hoping Paul makes a full and speedy recovery. We'll let you know more news as we get it.

As of today there has, to our knowledge been no change to Paul's condition. We will of course let you know of any developments
