Those responsible for failings that led to the death of a UK soldier in an Afghan minefield should "hang their heads in shame", a coroner has said.
Cpl Mark Wright, 27, of Edinburgh, died and six others were injured in the blasts in September 2006.
Cpl wright was awarded a Posthumous George Cross for his part in trying to save the lives of his comrades despite being desperately wounded. The full story can be found here
